FAQs
How does Med Foresight handle patient data?
Patient data is handled in line with HIPAA. A Business Associate Agreement is required before any pilot touches PHI. PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-based and logged, and we do not use PHI to train or fine-tune models.
Which EHRs do you work with?
Med Foresight connects through HL7 and FHIR — the standards most major US EHRs support, including Epic and Cerner. The current pilot integration is live with ModMed. Med Foresight reads from your EHR and surfaces information alongside it; your EHR remains the system of record.
How long does implementation take?
For a single GI practice on a supported EHR, initial deployment takes two to four weeks. Enterprise health system integrations depend on IT infrastructure and compliance review timelines — we scope these case by case.
Do you offer a pilot before a full commitment?
Yes. Pilots are scoped against success criteria agreed in advance — physician time saved per visit, chart summary accuracy, and clinical override rates among them. We do not ask for a long-term commitment before you have seen the product perform in your workflow.
